This year we fibre tested the Aurora hogget’s and the main ewe flock. Enclosed is a sample of the results of some of the ram hogget sires that I used as lambs. I had been visually selecting for finer micron and the test confirms that we are on the right path to achieve that, with some down to 30 micron. I was surprised to find that some of the finest had shorn comparable weights to the stronger microns.
